Rentals

1. Office Space Hourly Rental: N50,000 Daily Rental (10am to 6pm): N300,000 Includes:

• Coffee, tea, water, bar food
• Internet access
• Screen for presentation
• Concierge assistance with printing
• 10% discount on food and drinks

2. Gardens (Indoor and Outdoor)

• Shoots: N50,000 per hour
• Private Dining for Events: Minimum spend per guest @ N50,000. Minimum of 6 guests, maximum of 12 @ N35,000
• Duration: 3 hours

3. Lobby/Staircase Special Request: Entire wing reserved for guest privacy. Conditions: 

• Must be a living guest of a member.
• No extra fee if all rooms in a wing are taken by a single guest.

4. In-Room Shoots

• With a Photographer: N200,000
• For Content Creators: Free if content is shared with S.ea.experience for marketing.
• Requires a signed document.
