Additional Information
- Check In: 2:00 Pm | Check Out: 12 Noon (Early check in or late check out attracts an additional ₦20,000 per hour)
- Verandah for Smoking. NO SMOKING OF WEED OR ILLICIT DRUGS
- Upon arrival, the guest signs an indemnity form and provides a valid means of identification (International Passport, NIN, Voters card)
- Inventory check is also done so guests & S.EA Experience are on the same page with regards to inventory in the apartment.
Cancellation & Booking Modifictions
- Upon guest’s cancellation of booking, they will have a right to reimbursement of money paid subject to the deduction of cancellation Charges being 25% (can be modified) of the total rental price if cancellation is made 7 days to guest checking in.
- Cancellations cannot be made once the guest has checked in and all Booking payments are non-refundable after check-in.
- If we cancel a confirmed booking, we shall work hard to find a replacement property acceptable to the guest or refund monies paid on unused rental. Our liability for damages will be limited to the amount of unused rental, based on a calculation of unused rental Days.
- Changes to booking dates or properties are subject to Availability. Each booking change shall incur a service fee of 10% To be paid at the time of confirming the said changes.
Security Deposit & Property Damage
- A refundable security deposit of ₦100,000 shall be required by S.EA experience prior to or on arrival of the guest provided the Booking is for accommodation purposes only
- Shoots in any of the rooms is N500,000 only (max of 5hours)
- Filming in the rooms or any part of the building is not allowed except it was booked exclusively for shooting
- Shooting in any other area of the building shall attract an additional fee of ₦150,000 per hour
- All security deposits are fully refundable provided there are no Damages to the property
- In the event that a guest damages an item, or multiple items or Damages the property, a guest forfeits the deposit paid and the Guest is liable to cover the cost of replacing the damaged item(s) Or damaged property as stipulated by S.EA experience.
- The security deposit shall be refunded within 24 hours from the Day of the guest’s check-out.
- A guest may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the Property and will be held responsible for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the property.
